SHIPPING

LIV GRN offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all internet orders over $100. If you require expedited (faster) delivery service, please contact us for rates.

We make every effort to process your order in one business day. There may be times when we are out of stock on an item, or an item may be on back order. We will do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible. If for any reason we can not send out your order, we will try to notify you. Once orders have been processed, they are shipped via UPS Ground.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. We only ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or to international addresses. (The shipping rates and tariffs are prohibitive.)

RETURN POLICY (INTERNET CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Please note: Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

SALE ITEMS: Please be aware that there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. This includes items on the sale page, any items marked as "sale" or discounted items anywhere on the site.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS: LIV GRN offers you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE on full-priced items. Please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your goods for a full refund of the item(s) you have purchased and wish to return. We will gladly accept items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and which have ALL TAGS attached. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your credit card unless LIV GRN has made a mistake in sending the wrong item, or the item is defective in some way.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: To return an item, please do the following.
1. Email our customer service person with an explanation of why you wish to return the item(s) and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. Carefully pack your items and enclose a written explanation of the reason for the return and what item(s) you request in exchange for the returned item(s) (if any).
3. Write the RA# on the address label of your package.

Please note: We will NOT CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT and are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items returned without an RA number. And please remember, there are no returns or exchanges for sale items. Thank You.

PRIVACY POLICY:

It is our policy not to sell, trade, or otherwise give away to third parties the names and personal information of our clients.
